With a deep commitment to empowering her community.Jayda co-founded the East Orange Community Business Group (EOCBG) to foster a supportive environment for local businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs.She is the founder and owner of Elevate Lounge NJ Concierge Services, a premier concierge and event planning service, and is currently working to open a physical lounge in East Orange.

Samuel Breaker, also known as Uncle Sam, is a visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, and devoted community leader from East Orange, NJ. With a deep- rooted commitment to positive change, Sam opened his first barbershop in 2011 on the south side of East Orange at the corner of Tremont & Halsted. In 2019, he expanded his business and relocated to 79 Hamilton Street, where he continues to serve his community today.

Alicia Harris , owner of Essenc of Healing, is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others. She is a skilled educator and licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in educational, professional, and mental health settings. Alicia holds many roles, but her favorite is being a mom to her talented daughter who is a product of the East Orange school district. As a former East Orange resident, and current East Orange real estate investor, Alicia is committed to supporting the East Orange community.

Director of Youth Business & Strategic Partnerships

Antoinette Dismukes specializes in innovative programming and workforce development. She is the Lead Coordinator for two nationally recognized programs: the Youth Summer Work Experience Program and FAA Commercial Drone Training for a local Mayor's Office of Employment and Training. With fifteen years of municipal and local business relations, along with five years of workforce development and program management, she has a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong community relationships. Additionally, she is an entrepreneur and has established several organizations, including Dismukes Ministries, Strategic Publications and Advertising, LLC, and her latest venture, iDrones Operations, Training and Consulting, LLC.

Amare is a husband, father, entrepreneur, community leader, and mentor. Born and raised in East Orange, NJ, Amare's goal is to build and serve his community. Amare is one of the first graduates of the Renew Newark Federal Re-Entry Program whose mission is to help recently released federal offenders have the tools and support needed to reintegrate and lead fulfilling lives and to become influential leaders in their communities. Amare's passion is shown by sharing his story at local schools and prisons, mentoring others, and supporting the closure of the achievement gap. Amare's experience as the Road Manager for Hip-Hop Trio Naughty-By-Nature, fuels his other passion, music. Currently, Amare is a Premier Event Planner curating exceptional experiences that bring people together with the likes of; Mary J. Blige, Larenz Tate, Rick Ross, Jeezy and MoneyBagg Yo, to name a few.
