With a deep commitment to empowering her community.Jayda co-founded the East Orange Community Business Group (EOCBG) to foster a supportive environment for local businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs.She is the founder and owner of Elevate Lounge NJ Concierge Services, a premier concierge and event planning service, and is currently working to open a physical lounge in East Orange.

Director of Youth Business & Strategic Partnerships

Antoinette Dismukes specializes in innovative programming and workforce development. She is the Lead Coordinator for two nationally recognized programs: the Youth Summer Work Experience Program and FAA Commercial Drone Training for a local Mayor's Office of Employment and Training. With fifteen years of municipal and local business relations, along with five years of workforce development and program management, she has a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong community relationships. Additionally, she is an entrepreneur and has established several organizations, including Dismukes Ministries, Strategic Publications and Advertising, LLC, and her latest venture, iDrones Operations, Training and Consulting, LLC.

Nicodemus Madehdou is the CEO and Co-Founder of JumpButton Studio, a games and animation company focused on balancing out the inequity in the Gaming industry. Having grown the business from scratch with his Co-Founders, Nicodemus has been recognized in press outlets such as Technical.ly, Venture Beat, The Root, CNN and more.

Matthew Auld

Lead Developer

Matthew Auld is the CIO and lead engineer of the East Orange project at JumpButton Studio. At JumpButton he's built products that have scaled up the company to $2M+ in revenue. He has an extensive background in data analysis, database design and front-end web technologies.

With a proven track record, she empowers clients to elevate their credibility, enhance visibility and establish industry authority, positioning them as trusted experts in their fields.
